Formerly of Heddon Service Station.
At home on 3rd November 2024, aged 78 years after strongly fighting many years of ill health.
A cherished husband, father and grandfather who lived for his family, pets, horses and the wildlife around his home.
He will be sadly missed by family and friends and we will always be grateful to Corbridge Medical Group, Haematology and Reumatology at the Freeman Hospital and Cardiology and Ward 2 at Hexham General Hospital.
There will be no funeral at Derek's own request.
