Sadly missed by all that knew her.
The Funeral service will take place at St. Annes Church Chasetown Thursday 22nd February at 2pm followed by burial at Chase & District Memorial Park.
Donations in memory of Jean will be given to the British Heart Foundation and Midland Air Ambulance.
