Bernard LouisSMITHBernard of Derby passed away suddenly at the Royal Derby Hospital on the 22nd of September aged 91 years.
Much loved brother of the late Hazel.
Cherished Uncle to Janet and Michael.
He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
A service to remember Bernard will take place on Tuesday the 29th of October at Markeaton Crematorium (Round chapel) at 11.30am.
Flowers are welcome or if desired a donation in Bernard's memory can be made to Parkinson's Society.
