Constance AnnSMITHPassed away on 17 April 2023 aged 80 years. Loving Mother to Stephanie, Rachel and Rosalind. Grandmother to Jessica, Ellie, Ben and Milly. Great Grandmother to Imogen. Sister to Gillian and Tony. She served her community as a dedicated Local Councillor for many years. Ann will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Donations can be sent to Dementia UK. Service and Committal to take place at Rowan Chapel, Stockport Crematorium on 18 May 2023 at 10.45 am.
