Funeral will take place at Lincoln Crematorium on 2nd September 2021 at 12:30pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, to the MS Society may be left at the service or forwarded to Lincolnshire Co-op Funerals, 2 Market Place, Horncastle, LN9 5HD.

Dear Helen recall fond memories in St George hospital. Going to the farm and you putting me on a horse. Couldn't walk for a week.
