PatSETTLEOn 15th October 2018 Peacefully at Kirkwood Hospice after a long illness bravely borne, Pat aged 73 years, former District Nursing Sister. A dearly loved mum of Martin and Gary, a dear sister of Michael, loving auntie of Janet and Catherine. Service and cremation at Park Wood Crematorium Elland, on Monday November 5th at 12.45pm. Family flowers only please, but donations to Kirkwood Hospice would be much appreciated, a plate will be available on the day. Enquiries to The Halifax Chapel of Repose, Clare Road. Tel ; 01422 353970. Will friends please meet at the crematorium and accept this as the only intimation.
