Resting in the care of Lyndsay Ellis at The Vale Funeral Service, Court Road, Barry until her Funeral Service on Monday 27th November at St Helen's RC Church, Barry at 11:45am, followed by cremation at Cardiff & Glamorgan Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations if desired may be made at the service to support Marie Curie Hospice and The Salvation Army in memory of Pat
