Funeral Service to take place at St Andrew's Church, Tarvin on Wednesday 7th August at 2.00pm followed by committal at Chester Crematorium at 3.20pm for anyone wishing to attend.
Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Sam to The Lewy Body Society will be gratefully received.
