SadieMOOREIt is with great sorrow that our Mam passed away peacefully with her children by her side at the Florence Nightingale Hospital on the 17/12/23. Reunited with her beloved husband George. Sadie leaves behind her loving son George and her daughter Aileen, son-in-law John, Grandchildren Becky, Natalie and Kaita and their partners Gideon and Nat Nat also Great granddaughter Abi. Sadie will be sadly missed by all of her family and many friends and will be forever in our hearts. Sadie's funeral will take place at Markeaton Crematorium main chapel on Wednesday the 10th of January at 10am. Family flowers only please, donations can be made in Sadie's name to either Ward 2 at the Florence Nightingale Hospital or the Alzheimer's Society UK. Afterwards all are welcome to join our family at the Great Northern, Station Road, Mickleover to share memories and have light refreshments. Mam hopefully now you and Dad can continue with your travels, Cheers.
Tired and weary you made no fuss, but tried so hard to stay with us. They say its a beautiful journey, from the old world to the new. Someday we'll make that journey which will lead us straight to you. And when we reach that garden in which there is no pain, we'll put our arms around you and never part again.
