So sad that I have only just found out. I am his niece, and he lived with us for a while when I was very young. I have such happy memories of Bt]rain as a young man. We sadly lost touch. I last saw him in October 2006. He turned up at my daughter Julie Hughes wedding in July 2002. I’m interested in any artefacts of the Meredith family as they were estranged from one another. Especially keen to find a photo of Brian’s Father and my grandfather who died before I was born. A sad day today. Rest in peace, Brian. 87 years was a good life denied to most of your family.
