Hugh FowlerMCGINLAYSadly passed away on Tuesday 12th April 2022 in City Hospital Birmingham. Hugh was born 17th May 1931, in Dunfermline, Scotland. He will be sadly missed. There will a funeral service held on May 31st 2022 at Sandwell Valley Crematorium at 10am. All are welcome to attend. Family flowers only.
