PhilomenaMCDOWELLPassed away peacefully aged 83 yrs at Whiston Hospital on 15th November 2017. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A funeral service will be held at St Bedes Church 11.30am on Friday 1st December followed by a burial at Widnes Cemetery. Family flowers only, donations gratefully accepted for St Bedes School where Philomena was a teacher for many years. All enquiries J. Duggans 0151 4242331.
