Kate was much wife of Martin, dearly loved mother of Jonathan, William and Hannah, loving daughter, sister, aunt, and God mother, and she will be greatly missed by her loving family, friends and supporters of Pancreatic Cancer UK. A funeral service will be held at Lichfield and District Crematorium on 21st July at 10.30am.
