EricHEAPSEric aged 83 years, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday 25th January 2024. Beloved Husband of Carol. Dearly Loved Dad of Tania and Joanne and Father-in Law of Wayne and Gordon. Cherished Grandad of Lucy and Callum. Thanks are extended to all who cared for Eric. A special mention to the Hospice At Home Team, who enabled Eric to spend the end of his life at home, surrounded by the people he loved. Eric will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

The funeral service and committal will take place at Macclesfield Crematorium on Wednesday 7th February 2024 at 10.45am.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired may be sent for The East Cheshire Hospice.

Eric was a lovely man with a wicked sense of humour and he used to make me laugh and also feel part of the family, when me and Joanne were best mates at school. So sorry to hear of your loss, Jo, Carol and Tania and all of Eric’s family. Thinking of you all at this incredibly difficult time. Love Helen xx
