Joan LillianHARDINGIt is with sadness we announce that Joan passed away at The Douglas Macmillan Hospice on 5th October 2024, aged 88 years, after a brave and dignified battle.
Reunited with her treasured husband Graham. May they rest in eternal peace together.
Joan, a devoted mum to sons Ian and Martin and their wives Sandy and Nicole, a precious nan to Dom, Jay and Ben. Devoted nana to Angelina and Jasmina. A kind, caring and thoughtful lady, who was loved by friends, family and neighbours, may her memory live on in those she leaves behind.
Joan's funeral service is to be held on Monday 4th November 2024, 10.30am at Carmountside Crematorium. Mourners are invited to meet at the service and join us afterwards at the Carmountside Tea Rooms. The family also ask that mourners please refrain from wearing traditional mourning attire for the service.
Family flowers are preferred, however, should you wish to donate in loving memory of Joan, monies will go towards the Dougie Mac Hospice.
