PatEIGHTEENPeacefully passed away at home surrounded by her family on 18th April 2021, aged 97 years. Now re-united with her late husband, Eric. A beloved mum, grandma and big gran who will be deeply missed by all her family and friends. This will be a private family service. If you would like to make a donation in Pat's memory, this can be made directly to your local Hospice.
