Loving husband of Beryl, widower of Brenda, loved, valued and missed by Beryl, the children and grandchildren of his family; Erica, Jennifer, Julie, Victoria, Charlotte, Alexander and many friends in Suffolk and Staffordshire. Don was devoted to his family, faith, friends and community. He worked tirelessly for Stoke on Trent City Council serving as Lord Mayors Secretary for decades, was a committed Justice of the Peace, a fervent Stoke City FC fan, an enthusiastic golfer and dedicated Rotary Club member. He enjoyed music, sunshine, animals and his beloved oatcakes.
