David RhysDAVIESIn loving memory of David Rhys Davies, who sadly passed away on the 16th November, peacefully at Llandough Hospital, Penarth with loved ones. David leaves children Johnathan and Justine, daughter-in-law Laurie and Son-in-law Huw. Resting in the care of James Summers Funeralcare, Whitchurch, Cardiff, until his service and committal at the Wenallt Chapel, Thornhill Crematorium on the 12th December 2024 at 14:30pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Velindre Cancer Centre or Marie Curie.

It is with great sadness that I learned of David's passing. By chance, I came across the notice and was deeply saddened to see that Wendy has also passed away. David was the best neighbour anyone could hope for, always ready to lend a helping hand with kindness and generosity.

Wendy often popped in for a coffee with my mum, sharing stories about her day. My parents are heartbroken, remembering the wonderful friendship they shared with David and Wendy over many years as neighbours.

I have such fond memories of them both—whether it was our summer barbecues or a warm chat over coffee. Please know that we are thinking of you during this difficult time, even from afar.
