Passed away peacefully, with family by her side, at home on 14th August, aged 81 years.
Leaving behind husband Colin, sons Andrew and Matthew, grandsons Isaac and Joseph, brothers Les and David, sisters Pat and Mary, daughter-in-law Kate, and Matthew's partner Alison.
The funeral service will be held on Wednesday 11th September at 11am, followed by cremation at Amber Valley Memorial Park and Crematorium, Swanwick.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Treetops Hospice. Donations will be collected on the day of the service.
