Sarah Kirsty LouiseCHAPMANA cherished mother to Jessica, Emily and Michael, loving partner to Chris, and friend to many, passed away at the Royal Cornwall Hospital on Tuesday 12th December, aged 51. She will be forever missed by all who knew her.

A funeral service will be held at St Stephen's Church, Treleigh, on Friday 12th January at 12:30pm, followed by a private committal.

Family flowers only, please, but donations to the Church would be gratefully received, either at the service or via the funeral directors.
