Mark EdwinCARVEYPassed away peacefully on Tuesday 2nd August 2016 at Frimley Park Hospital aged 46 years. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. The Funeral Service will take place at The Park Crematorium, Aldershot on Wednesday 31st August at 2.15pm. Mark's family have requested no black ties but West Ham colours of claret and/or blue.
