BarbaraBURTON(née Greatbatch) Barbara, aged 85 years of Hanley, passed away peacefully at the Royal Stoke Hospital on 24th February 2025, in the presence of her family after a long illness courageously borne. A loving wife to Ken, devoted mum to Hilary and Helen, treasured nan and great nan to Bethany and William, dear sister to the late John, much loved sister-in-law and aunt, and a good friend to many. Barbara will be deeply missed by all who loved and knew her.

Funeral service to take place at Hanley Baptist Church, Regent Road, on Thursday 20th March at midday, followed by a committal service at Carmountside Crematorium at 1.30pm. Family and friends wishing to attend kindly meet at the church or crematorium.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Dementia UK if desired.
