Jacqueline MaryBROOKESPeacefully at rest on Tuesday 4th June 2024, at Haywood Hospital, Jackie, of Burslem, now reunited with her beloved husband John, the much-loved and loving mother of Tracey, wonderful mother-in-law to Neil, a treasured nan to Nick, Georgia and Nathan, cherished sister to Ann and the late Dorothy and a loving aunty.
Jackie will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family.
Funeral service to take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 27th June 2024 at 12:30pm.
Will family please accept this intimation and would friends who wish to attend kindly meet at the crematorium.
