Craig was a truly wonderful person. I knew him when we both worked at Whitby & Bird and then again some years later when we both worked at Robert Bird. He was an incredibly talented engineer and was sorely missed when he left Bird's a few years ago. My sincere condolences go to Craig's family. RIP Craig. I hope you have now found the peace you deserve

I fondly recall working with Craig whilst on the 21 Moorfields project with Robert Bird Group. He was supportive and considerate of my significantly inferior knowledge, all whilst sharing jokes and conversation which made him a brilliant work colleague and friend. We frequently got into discussion and debate on points of engineering at site, with his principles and ethics a guiding light to me as a young design engineer. I’ll remember his smile and casual chats as we crossed paths in the office as much as his incredible technical knowledge and support to junior colleagues.
