The cards, flowers, tributes and donations to Queenscourt Hospice and Jack's Journey have been overwhelming. We would also like to thank Dr Tobin, Dr McManus, Hospital Staff, Community Nurses and Queenscourt Palliative Care Team for all their support. A grateful thank you to Reverend Chris Gregory at St John's Parish Church for the beautiful service, also to Derek Crawford and the Team at Howard's Funeral Directors for making things easier for the family.
