JohnPITTAMOn January 16th, suddenly passed away, aged 55 years.
Devoted husband to Lesley, much loved dad of Emily and Amelia, cherished son to Maureen and the late Bernie, brother to Charlotte, brother-in-law to Paul, uncle to Keeley and Ellie, great-uncle to Reggie.
Service to take place in the Chapel of St. Bede, Teesside Crematorium on Monday 17th February, at 1pm. Friends please meet at the crematorium chapel.
No flowers please, any donations in lieu to Andy's Man Club. A donation box will be available at the crematorium chapel.
John will be forever missed by all family and friends.
