Carol AnnCHAPMANCarol Chapman passed away at Southmead Hospital on Wednesday 9th October 2024. Beloved Mother to Paul and David, Sister to Sara and Grandmother to Samuel and Jacob. This was following a fall at home and complication with her COPD and Dementia. The Funeral Service will be held at Canford Crematorium on Friday 29th November 2024 at 14:15.
