HazelACTONOn Sunday, October 6th, aged 71 years. The world bid farewell to Hazel Joan Acton (née Diffin).
Joyful, determined, and everlastingly stubborn, eternally loving. Hazel enjoyed nothing more than the simplest things in life and small, quiet acts of love that left enduring marks on the hearts and souls of those fortunate to call her mother, sister, wife and nana.
She will be greatly missed by her children, her grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, her siblings and her husband.
Though her body may rest, her spirit will continue to dance in the wind, sing in the trees, and blossom in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. For her love was not bound by time, and though her absence has left a silence in the world that no words can ever fill, the solace of her legacy exists in the love and memories she leaves with us all.
Hazel's funeral will take place at 11am, on Tuesday 5th November at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel.
