StewartBONNEY(Espley) Peacefully, following an illness, on Saturday 7th December, aged 78 years. Beloved husband of Norma, much loved father of Laura and Peter, and father in law of Jeri. Editor of The Northumbrian Magazine. Funeral service at Northumberland Crematorium, Felton on Wednesday 18th December at 11.15am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired to The Newcastle Food Bank.

Not just a good boss on the now far off shores of Margaret Thatcher’s Britain but a good friend and mentor. Thoughts go out to Norma Laura and Peter whom I used to babysit!

An old school mate and friend with Alan Burrows, Lindsay Thornton, the late John Coulson. Many happy memories of birthdays, weddings, etc. Always meant to get in touch again - now it is sadly too late. I pass my sympathies to Norma, Laura and Peter.
