We would like to thank Dr Nagy and her team at the combined day unit at The Derby Royal and Doctors and staff at Ashbourne Medical Practice. The nursing staff at St Oswald's Hospital and the super team from Bespoke Care and Training. We would also like to thank Lynn and volunteer drivers from Connex Transport. Linda Torr for the beautiful flowers. Graham and Eric Lee who took Jim on his final journey. The Royal Oak at Mayfield and lastly the reverend Kevin Stone for the lovely service.
