Loving son of Margaret and the late Ron Perkin. Beloved brother of Shelly and Fred, brother-in-law, uncle and great uncle.
Anthony's funeral will be held on Wednesday 27th November at Emmanuel Church, Church Street, Swadlincote at 11am followed by burial at Newhall Cemetery
