I'm saddened to hear this news. Ray was my Uncle and Best Man at my wedding. His middle name was Glynn, not Cyril.

You were one in a million Ray.

A former Staffordshire Police Officer and former Head of Security at Keele University. You were fair, meticulous in detail and thoughtful to all who met you.

It was a privilege to know you.

Thank you for the cups of tea, cake and interesting conversation.
