MavisPROUDLOVEIt is with great sadness that we announce the death of our very much loved mum Mavis Proudlove who died peacefully on 23rd April aged 91 years with her devoted family by her side and in the loving care of the staff at Samuel Hobson House. Mavis was the dearly loved wife of the late Joe, a much cherished mum of Ann, Philip, Stephen, Debbie, Nicky and Wendy. A wonderful mother-in-law to Gordon, Phil, Lynn, Gail and the late Linda. A treasured nan, nannie P, nana, great-nannie P, sister-in-law, aunty and a loving friend to many. She is so sadly missed and will be forever in our hearts.

Her funeral service will take place on Wednesday 22nd May at 1.30pm at St Andrew's Church, Sneyd Green. A private burial will follow at Carmountside Lawn Cemetery.

All relatives and friends please meet at the church. Please feel free to wear a splash of colour. Purples, pinks and pastel shades were her favourite colours.

Family flowers only please. Donations would be gratefully received for the Residents Comfort Fund at Samuel Hobson House, where mum was lovingly cared for over the last few months of her life and for the Neonatal Unit at the RSUH (UHNM Charity).
