GwynHUGHESVal, Hayley, Sarah, Katie and all the family of the late Gwyn, wish to express their thanks for every expression of kindness and sympathy they have received following the loss of a much loved Husband, Father, Taid and Hen Taid.

Thank you all for the kind words received in the form of cards, letters, phone calls and visits. The amount of people who attended his funeral was both amazing and humbling.

Thank you to Reverend John Stone, Brynmor Jones for reading the poem and Rob Hughes (his nephew) for the music both in the Church and the Crematorium.

Thank you for all the treatment, care and support given by our local GP, Aintree/Royal Hospitals , St David's Hospice and our local pharmacy.

Thank you all for the donations towards the St David's Hospice.

Thank you to Dewi Glyn Jones for the devotion and care given to us all during this difficult time.
