Mary MCGOWNE MACDOUGALLMCGOWNE Mary (MacDougall) It is with immense sadness that the sudden passing of Mrs Mary McGowne is announced. The beloved and cherished wife of Brian, to whom she was married for over 50 years, Mary passed away peacefully in the arms of her daughter Mary at Crosshouse Hospital at 00.30 hours on Wednesday the 20th of March 2024, lovingly supported by son-in-law Stephen. Mary's passing leaves an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew and loved her. Family and friends are invited to remember Mary for her kindness and generosity, and for her valiant spirit over the last year especially. In respect of Mary's clear, longstanding and express wish, there will be no funeral and her body has been donated for medical research with her hope it will help others in the future. Prayers for Mary are received with gratitude, and the family ask that those who loved her will hold on to their warmest memories of happy times spent together. Rest in peace.
